With an exquisite fruity and floral aroma, surprising, light and fresh, Dimia is an easy-drinking wine that is perfect to accompany your lunch or dinner.
This wine is made from Treixadura grapes, a native Galician variety. After the selection of the best grapes, they are subjected to prefermentative cryomaceration, previously crushed, to obtain the best musts by bleeding the pulp. Later, the must is racked and decanted. It ferments at a low temperature to avoid the loss of aromas and to achieve the best results.
Dimia pairs with shellfish, white fish and appetizers.
