With an exquisite fruity and floral aroma, surprising, light and fresh, Dimia is an easy-drinking wine that is perfect to accompany your lunch or dinner.
This wine is made from a coupage of torrontés, palomino and treixadura. The best grapes are subjected to pre-fermentation cryomaceration, previously crushed, to obtain, by bleeding the paste, the best musts. After settling, the must is racked and fermented at a low temperature to prevent the loss of aromas.
Dimia pairs with shellfish, white fish and appetizers.
Straw yellow colour with golden hues. Clean and bright.
Frank and intense in the nose. Balsamic. Rich in white fruit aromas with a citrus background. With dried grass notes.
Intense, citric, fresh and balanced in the mouth. Of long and pleasant finish.
