Cumio is a perfect combination of Treixadura and Godello, which condenses the best of whites in a bright, floral wine, like that romantic moment with your favorite person.
After the selection of the grapes of the two native varieties of Galicia, the crushing is carried out. The must obtained is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature during fermentation to avoid losing the aromatic characteristics of these grape varieties. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is clarified and filtered for bottling.
Cumio pairs with pasta, pizza, chicken, oily fish and shellfish.
Straw yellow colour with greenish hues. Clean and bright.
