Viña Amoreiro is a D.O. Ribeiro wine made from Treixadura grapes. After crushing the grapes, the wine is racked and then decanted. It is fermented at a low temperature to avoid the evaporation of varietal aromas and the result is a wine with good acidity and aromatic complexity.
