A meticulous selection of the grape is carried out and, after a brief maceration of 4 hours, the must is bled to proceed with the alcoholic fermentation of the wine, carried out at a temperature of less than 18 degrees.
Marqués de Ardoza Rosado pairs with pasta, rice, seafood, fish, cheeses and pâtés.
