Silviño Mencía

From the historic fifth province, this single varietal Mencía is a faithful ambassador of the best characteristics of this wine-growing region.

Silviño is made with the Mencía variety, from the P.G.I. Castile and León. After the selection of the grapes in the vineyard, it is made in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to carry out the alcoholic fermentation in the best conditions. Then, malolactic fermentation is made to obtain a well-balanced wine.
