The traditional Galician recipe to accompany coffee

Estreliña Aguardiente de Orujo, also called “cane” brandy, is made from the traditional Galician recipe. It is a crystalline liquor that can be taken for dessert or added to coffee.

It is obtained from the distillation of pomace from vinification and its quality will depend on the quality of the grapes. It is served cold between 8 and 10 °C.

Estreliña Aguardiente de Ourjo pairs with sweets and desserts.
