Vía Romana offers the essence of the soil where it grows. Manual harvest followed by stripping and discharge by gravity into the fermentation tanks.

The alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24 to 26 ºC, after which takes place the malolactic fermentation. lt stays a mínimum of 8 months in stainless steel deposits at a controlled temperature and a mínimum of 6 months in bottle before going to market.

Intense cherry red colour and violet tones. Clean and bright.

Frank to the nose. Very intense strawberry and blackcurrant varietal aromas, with floral and milky notes. Balsamic and mineral. Traces of candied sweet liquorice and very fine spices.

Kind to the palate, respectful, subtle. Balanced, broad and satiny. Fresh, mineral and with balsamic notes. With red fruit dipped in chocolate and liquorice notes. With a nice finish.
