Vía Stellae has been our latest addition to our elaborations in the D.O. Ribeira Sacra.
In the Middle Ages, the Vía Stellae (Milky Way) was the map that guided pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago at night, and now gives this wine its name.
It is made from the crushing of grapes of the Mencía variety. It is fermented at a controlled temperature of 25ºC to respect the extraction of varietal aromas and coloring matter.
